Do you require a fitness background to join?

Nope! We welcome all abilities. Whether you’re an elite athlete or have no fitness experience, we’ll scale every workout to your abilities. A coach will walk you through everything you need to know.

What does a normal class look like?

Everyday is different to keep things fun and interesting but the rhythm of it stays the same. Every workout includes a warm up and workout combining stretching, strength, and cardio. We average around 8-10 people in each class. 

How often should I come?

While some experienced athletes come more often, our program is designed to be effective with an average of 3-4 classes per week.

Can I drop-in if I am from out of town? 

Yes! You can come during open gym hours to do your own workout or you can join a class! There is a $22 drop-in fee but we do accept both cash and card.
